Wizkid and Poco Lee join Burna Boy at Hollywood Bowl, as Grammy winner performs 33 songs in two hours
It was a momentous night for multi award-winning Afrofusion performer, Burna Boy when he took the entire city of Los Angeles to his momentous debut Hollywood Bowl performance as part of his world-wide Space Drift Arena Tour.
After closing O2 Arena following the closure of O2 Arena and notable appearances at the 2021 Global Citizen Festival and The Governor’s Ball, Burna Boy performed with aplomb at the stage last night.
The power of the magnetic, enthralling and captivating are the words to describe the genius of this musician in front of his adoring fans. The power of the music is amplified and boosted by his band The Outsiders, a stunning eight-man orchestra, three talkative drummers as well as four drummers and one conductor. Burna Boy did not disappoint by pulling out all the stops and not blinking during his show.
A stunning spectacle to behold The Grammy winning performance of the night was one-in-a million. In addition to enthralling the audience the most memorable part of the night was when the stage was populated by DJ, hypeman, and influencer Poco Lee, and the talented singer, WizKid with additional sound effects and razzmatazz by DJ Lambo, the guest DJ DJ Lambo to create harmony such a perfect blend of the best and the crowd was screaming for more.
The opening act of Burna Boy’s, American singer and songwriter, Umi, American singer, Youtuber, Queen Naija and underground dancehall-influenced acts, Donovan’s Sound Club was a great way to warm the audience for an intense evening of the finest of the Afrofusion pioneer’s music and he did not disappoint.
With a record-breaking 33 songs in a 2 hour show with effortless grace, sophistication and ease, Burna is a born entertainer.
The show , created in collaboration with Duke Concept and Live Nation in the largest concert venue that is located in Los Angeles, The Hollywood Bowl is testimony for the reality Burna Boy is Burna Boy is without a doubt the largest performing artist from Africa.
